At the same time:

* Homes are taking longer to sell (around 44+ days) ([Redfin][2])
* Inventory is giving buyers more options
* Negotiation power is shifting

So… should you be worried?

Not necessarily.

This isn’t a crash—it’s a correction.

After years of aggressive appreciation, we’re seeing:
✔ Price stabilization
✔ Buyer leverage returning
✔ More realistic pricing

My take:

If you’re a buyer → this is your window
If you’re a seller → pricing strategy matters more than ever

Gone are the days of “list it and hope.” Now it’s “price it right or sit.”
