Heather was great to work with and I would use her again. I purchased the house working with Heather directly as the sellers rep from 6 hours away and some tricky winter weather. Heather was easy to deal with, responsive to calls, transparent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately I was not there for closing walk through and on that day there was 18 inches of snow. 2 weeks later upon move in, I was not pleased to find that the seller left a broken office chair in the garage plus boxes, garbage, empty plastic containers, chemicals, and a bunch more in the outbuildings - enough that a large dump trailer was needed. Heather paid for a crew to come remove it all and make it right (which was the right thing to do) however we all know that a lot or realtors would have said tough luck.
